Regardless of the reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, a Rs.500 per person convenience will be charged by us and non-recoverable expenses of our suppliers will be charged, plus the following charges:
The following will be charged on cancellation of a tour:- If canceled before 30 days & more from your trip start 0 % of the total cost If canceled between 15 – 29 days from your trip start 50% of the total cost If canceled between 14 days from your trip start or less & no-show 100 % of the total cost
